Five years ago today, December 17th, 2015, my mother merged with the infinite oceans, and took flight to the heavens and beyond. My mother was my soul-mate, my best friend, my creative sound board, the most incredible mother, and in her last years as I cared for her, she became my precious baby.
The experience of union with my mother is a journey unto itself. Mostly, I feel her at one with me in such a unique way that often the words reverberate in my head, "how can you miss something that you already are." However, other times, I feel the profound physical separation, often after having been with her the in other realm. In those dreams, I gut-wrenchingly ask her why did she have to die, why did she leave me? Her answers are always profound and leave me knowing she has merged beyond this earthly illusionary plane and has graduated into the realm of Reality.
The art that has been manifest through my efforts, after my mother passed, leaves me humbled. I am grateful to be the vehicle to do this work and manifest a creative fusion of her work and my work channeled from the other realms.
