I love talking with the Blumera customers one on one: hearing your stories and sharing my own.  So, this blog is an endeavor to do that on a wider scale!

I am in the midst of traveling - and making new collections for Blumera.  The line that I am focused on at the moment will be my "vegan" line.  I've never been a fan of synthetics so I am sourcing all natural materials in the most vibrant colors I can find.  Starting the journey in India, I found gorgeous embroidery, and tomorrow I will go to the northern mountains of Thailand to find tribal embroidery.  

This line has been in the works for over a year, so hopefully it will be finished very soon!  

The shapes and hardware will be very similar to the classic Blumera styles - in fact, in most cases, the hardware will be the same, and the bags will still have special quotes on them about Love and Happiness.

Here is a sneak peak of the fabric that I am using and have been working on, and with, for the past year!
